Kevin C. Murphy is a U. S. Army veteran who co
founded The BridgeTown Group and as its majority owner serves as its
Chief Government Contracts Officer. Mr. Murphy brings over 25 years of
corporate experience in product and services procurement
having served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the nation’s
second largest NYSE traded mortgage servicing company. Subsequent to
that Mr. Murphy founded his own Real Estate Brokerage firm and
co-founded a Tenant-in-Common sponsor and asset management company. He
is a Charter member of the Services Division of the American Society for
Quality Control (ASQC). He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida
and Georgia and holds Series 22 & 63 securities licenses.
